8 Balls of Done-for-You Pizza Dough
The best done-for-you pizza dough in the Pacific Northwest. Skip the hardest, slowest part of homemade pizza: making the dough.
Our best value: 8 pizza dough balls
We cold ferment every batch for 48 to 72 hours. That means the dough rests in the cold for two to three days, which builds flavor and gives you a crust that’s crisp outside and chewy inside. Trevor Moon, our head dough chef, makes every batch by hand in Walla Walla.
Made for home pizza ovens
At 62% hydration (the amount of water compared to flour), our dough is easy to stretch and holds up in a pizza oven, on a stone or on a steel.
Pizza parties and a full freezer
Eight dough balls make eight 10 to 12 inch pizzas. Throw a pizza party, or keep the freezer stocked for weeks of pizza nights. They keep for 60 days in the freezer. That’s $4 a ball, our lowest price per ball. Want fewer? Get the 4 pack of pizza dough balls.
You do the fun part. We’ll handle the dough.
Stretch the dough. Build your pizza. Bake it. Eat it. That’s pizza night with Moon Crust.
How your dough arrives
Local delivery or pickup: your dough comes fresh, not frozen. Let it sit at room temperature for about 2 to 3 hours and it’s ready to use. Not baking today? Keep it in the fridge and use it within 3 to 4 days, or put it in the freezer, where it lasts 60 days.
Shipped orders: we ship your dough frozen. It usually starts to thaw on the way, so it may arrive soft or partly thawed. That’s normal. Then pick one:
- Pizza this week? Keep it in the fridge and use it within 3 to 4 days. From the fridge, it’s ready for the oven in about 2 to 3 hours.
- Pizza later? Put it back in the freezer, where it lasts 60 days. Pull it out 6 to 8 hours before dinner.
