How much is shipping?
$5 to $11, depending on where you are. You'll see the exact price at checkout.
Does the dough arrive frozen?
Yes. Put it straight in the freezer. On pizza day, pull it out in the morning (6 to 8 hours before you bake), or move it to the fridge and give it about 2 hours on the counter.
What's in the pizza kit?
The Moon Crust Pizza Kit makes 2 pizzas for $28: 2 dough balls, Fresh Local Mozzarella from Walla Walla Cheese Co., cupped pepperoni, pizza sauce, Italian herb blend, hot honey and a how-to guide.
What makes the dough different?
We cold-ferment every batch for 48 to 72 hours with local flour. That slow rest is what gives the crust its flavor and the big airy bubbles. Our co-founder and head dough chef, Trevor, makes every batch here in Walla Walla.
Can I just buy dough?
Yes. 2 balls are $9.50 and 4 balls are $16.
Do you cater?
We cater pizza for Walla Walla wineries: 30 pizzas, $900 minimum. Email hello@mooncrustpizzakits.com.
